My 2 year old child was at the daycare on his second day there. I went and picked up my 2 year old son at the end of the day. Olga, an employee pointed at my son and proceeded to tell me that today was his last day at the daycare because he doesn’t want to learn and he doesn’t listen and he keeps taking off his shoes.when I asked why she did not call me if they were having issues with my son, Olga said that she was too busy. And they technically do not call the parents. And that it was the owners decision, Vicky. When I called Vicky she said something totally different and seemed surprised from the conversation I had with Olga. They didn’t even give him a chance as this was his only second day at the daycare. This daycare is discriminatory! My child is delayed in his speech and was his hard for him to communicate. The owner Rosa refused to give me a full refund, she told me they can refuse a child if they can’t control them.and she said It only takes a day to figure out if they can keep the child or not. This daycare picks and chooses who they want to keep. To add, when I spoke to Vicky she asked me to come back to the daycare on Thursday. I fear for my child’s safety, I will not allow my child to go to a place where they are not wanted.
My daugter likes to be after school, and she really enjoys the food that Mrs Roxi cooks, do the art and crafts and also she loves going to the field trips and having a good time .I really Recommend them a lot all the teachers are very friendly and the Director Irma is always be aware of everything you need .
