Description: Little Lambs is a Children's Weekday Ministry offering Mother's Day Out and Preschool classes for children ages 18 months through 5 years of age. Two, Three and Four-day options are available. Our hours are from 9:00am. to 2:00pm. Monday--Friday. Our Preschool follows a modified Cy-Fair ISD school calendar. Our goal is to help children grow emotionally, socially, physically, intellectually, and spiritually. Our staff will guide children to learn and grow as children learn and grow best -- by touching, seeing, and doing. As a preschool in a United Methodist Church, we strive to provide children with a safe, loving environment that nurtures a child's innate desire to know & love God. These little ones learn about God from what they experience. We want to be sure that each child knows that he is loved, welcomed and appreciated the moment he walks through our doors. Jesus said, “And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.†(Matthew 18:5).

When we moved to Fairfield, Little Lambs came highly recommended so we enrolled our child. I have to say though that our child did not like the program and we did not either as parents. A lot of the times the teacher was late to arrive and a parent would have to wait in the classroom to monitor the children on several occasions. Not just a few minutes late but 20-30 minutes late with several unattended children running around in the classroom. I had to watch the children on more than one occasion when this happened. That was our main problem with Little Lambs, was that the children were not being properly monitored at certain times during the day with the teacher texting on her phone and not paying attention or watching the kids. A lot of times this resulted in incidents with the children getting rowdy which would unnecessarily escalate into someone getting hurt. This happened to our child on multiple occasions. As a result we pulled our child and placed into another program. Did great at the new place with no issues. Our child is now in the Cyfair elementary school district and doing great. To this day though when we drive by Little Lambs our child will point to the school and get upset, start sobbing and say they did not like that place, so I know whatever happened there was traumatic for our child. It might have just been an isolated incident with the teacher we had but felt compelled to share this story for transparency purposes.
