This daycare has a nice facility. You feel very welcomed when you first join. However, as I worked there my boss left me alone for most of the day with 16 or MORE children at a time when she’s only licensed for 16. I would not get involved with this daycare, as things did not end professional. I’m not here to bash, I’m here to inform the next person who wants to apply for this job.

Childcare was operating under the understanding of the executive order 20-40 Ind Code 12-7.2-28.6 & 12-17.2-2-8 (8)(e) dated Augsut 21, 2022 was still in effext and appliable. Program and attendance was modified on 8-24-22 to adhere to capacity limits and also addressed all families in program.

Katherine returned from emergency appointment for her child. Staff over ratio was less than one hour. It was corrected during visit. Implementing a backup plan for future emergencies. Proof of appointment was provided during visit. All parent were notified of provider leaving for emergency and that staff was short during the absence.
