During morning outside time around 10:30am, There were five children outside all under the age of seven years old,without and staff/cargiver,inside with the staff/cargiver were 4 children needing assitance with thier coats( the coat closet is located by the front door, you have to walk through the kitchen, dining room and hallway to get the back door to get outside to the outdoor play area. At 10:40, a child came in and walked to the coat room and ran back outside,10:42am a child came in the house and walked to the backroom that is located off the side of the dining room and went back outside. Between 10:44-10:47 two children came in during that time one went in the dinning to blow his nose and went back out. The other children wanted to wash her hands in the bathroom located by the backdoor, cargiver was on the patio with infant. At 10:58 another child came in to wash thier hands. All of the children during this time was not in sight or sound. At 12:12pm I observe and witness the cargiver/staff walked the child to the bus and board the bus, this left eight children unattened in the home that was not in sight or sound.
