e were extremely disappointed in this program for our 17 month old. We had high expectations joining because she had high promised and assured us that she would help our child acclimate to a new setting. At the end of each day, Karen was overly optimistic and didn't tell us of any issues to the point where it felt like she was lying/holding things back. However, she made the decision to not continue care for our child after less then two weeks. This has hampered him and set him back quite a bit because now he has to start an adjustment period all over again. Overall, we are extremely disappointed. When she decided to end things she didn't even have the decency to call and help talk things through like we asked. I would have expected someone much more communicative, patient, and honest. Send your child to someone who will actually take the time to work through issues with them instead of giving up super easily.
