Perhaps you misunderstood why your contract ended. Just Kidding Daycare has been operating successfully for over 7 years and has never closed and reopened.
Facility set up is nice with lots of variety to play. I would say this provider tends to be overly critical of the children and has closed and reopened within the last six months. Reliability of this being a long term option is questionable.
