About the Provider

I provide a safe, caring home-like atmosphere for your child/children while providing for their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. I have many years of experience from babysitting to taking care of my 13, 12, and 7 year old daughters, and my 5 year old son, running a home daycare (for almost 8 years, started February 5th 2018), working in the special education department as an Instructional Aide for Bismarck Public Schools, and working over a year at a child care center. I really love being around children and teaching, so I decided to open my own home-based daycare, and have LOVED it. I am currently pursuing my Child Development Association (CDA, 180 training course) and working towards my step 2 bright & early ND. I do have a preschool curriculum that I use (a combination of what I've created over the years & The Good and the Beautiful preschool guide), for ages 3 and up, but also include other materials that provide themes, art/crafts, and learning for children under age 3. I provide breakfast, lunch, and PM snack, I serve nutritious homemade meals, and follow the Heartland Food Program guidelines.
