She seeems to have a decent area for kids to play, but is unreliable and gets offended while discussing normal topics. She went to a concert a week after i started sending my son. She took the the 2 days off, which she let me know ahead of time, but then closed the daycare for a third day because I guess her car broke down. Could be true, could have been hungover or tired. She wanted me to pay for the entire week when I got 2 days of care, and my friends kid was supposed to start the third day and she wanted her to pay for that day as well. Before she even started! I got kicked out for discussing her lack of dependability a couple weeks later, and she got offended and upset when I asked her to delete pictures of my kid and stop taking them. Wasn't trying to be rude, but if you're not around my son I feel you shouldn't have pictures of him. And she got super upset and defensive. Made me suspicious. Wouldn't trust her, bottom line.
