This is Denea and the review that you see is not correct. It is from a disgruntled parent who had been let go. Her 6 month old baby was allied to take a 3 hour nap. Not sleep all day. This complaint is coming from a mother who would sit down in my house and put a bottle in her daughters mouth and immediately get on her phone not pay any attention to the baby. I finally was done with her and gave her the choice of changing or finding new care,she chose new care and gave her 2 weeks. In our contract they have 2 pay for the last 2 weeks. An hour later the baby's dad called yelling and cursing at me I finally told him that someone needed to come get their baby since I no longer felt safe with how he was acting. They have since been turned over to collection. That may be why it took her so long to actually write this review.
Horrible! Start off nice. My child was to sleep all day. Her grandchildren are allowed to come sick. Caused all the children to get sick. She and her daughter always seem to be taking off. In the time our child was there they took one day a week off and we still had to pay. She has yelled at parents. She uses her disability as an excuse. She takes steroids which causes her temper to rise.
