We have used this provider for a month for our 1 year old until Jackie said she can no longer take care of our baby with zero notice. We had several issues. First, Jackie is not a good and open communicator. As a parent, you want to know how your little one is adjusting and want to hear about their progress. Every time we asked her about our baby, she said our baby is doing fine but one day when we picked our baby up, one kid there said to me that “your baby cries all the time.” I would rather hear that from Jackie than a child in her daycare. Second, even after a month when we dropped our baby she cried, while the adjustment may be different for each child, I think it was a sign that our baby didn’t have a good experience there. Third, after a month Jackie called us and said she can’t take care of our baby anymore. I’m a full time working mom and had meetings the following day and she left us in a very difficult situation.
Didn't mesh well with our child. Always said everything was going fine when we picked our kid up then denied childcare with zero days notice.
Jackie is excellent! She is attentive and good to the kids. My son always comes home happy and ready to go back. We’ve been with Jackie for over a year and I intend to have her as my provider for as long as I can.
