The residents share this belief, and they are drawn to Kendal in part by the friendly, helpful attitudes of the staff. Residents are genuinely interested in the well-being of our staff members and support our efforts to make the experience of working at Kendal a rewarding one. Kendal is a community founded on Quaker values, emphasizing respect and dignity for all persons.
