My philosophy is that all children should have an equal opportunity to learn regardless of race, religion, or social-economic background. I Heart Learning CDC is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment full of age-appropriate activities for the successful growth and development of the children and families we serve. I recognize that children learn at different levels and paces, therefore we provide materials so children can experiment and explore their environment independently or through provider-directed activities. Therefore, setting clear age-appropriate expectations for behavior and learning. I hope to minimize frustration and encourage children to learn from their mistakes, take risks, and become successful independent learners. My learning environment is designed to accommodate children’s growth and development from infancy to school-age.

Went to the home smelled bad the kids was cussing and the provider looked to be high .Upon walking up her and a man was heard arguing in the home. Would not recommend and they need to drug test her
