I am writing this review to bring attention to a recent unfortunate experience my family had at Hypointe Childcare in Lakeville Mn. While we appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff and teachers for almost four years, this changed after a new teacher was hired who clashed with my daughter.
We understand that conflicts between teachers and students can arise, but unfortunately, when we reached out to one of the owners (TRICIA) for help, we did not receive the support we were hoping for. Instead of investigating the situation or providing assistance, the owner defended the teacher and pointed the blame at my daughter.
This response was concerning to us, and we requested that the state of Minnesota Department of Human Services (Child Care Center Licensing | Licensing Division) To review the issue. However, we were shocked to receive a notification from the center that our daughter must leave immediately, without any warning or opportunity to discuss the matter.
We want to stress that our overall experience with the center was positive, and we do not hold all staff or teachers responsible for this incident. We believe the matter was caused by the actions of only one teacher and one co-owner (TRICIA), who failed to handle the situation professionally.
