The day care program is an independently run program created in recognition that children are our most important resource. With the demands of society today, many moms and dads find themselves needing to share that care with others. Honeyland provides a safe haven for children while their parents are unable to be with them. Throughout the day, the children take part in a variety of age appropriate activities to stimulate growth of body, mind and spirit. The loving, caring staff provides activities to stimulate creativity, imagination, reasoning skills, fine motor and large motor coordination. Class sizes are small for individualized attention, and provide preparation for entry into kindergarten. There is a fenced outdoor play yard, and morning and afternoon snacks are provided. The school is open year-round, providing a daily childcare for working parents Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 6:00pm. Contact Mary Dougherty at 267-781-0378 for information and registration.
