The incident was reported by another staff member to the parent of the child. The staff member who reported the incident alleged that she saw another staff person pinning the child down until the child turned red and also picking the child up and intentionally dropping the child on their cot at naptime. Director admitted to the detective at the time of the inspection in which the classroom teacher Madison, will lean over the child at naptime to keep him on his cot. She also admitted at the time of the inspection, that teachers do repeatedly pick him up and sit the child down in his chair because he frequently gets up "but it's nothing like manhandling him".
