I am an employee

I would recommend not working or even having your child attend this facility. Staff does nothing but yell at children, favoritism plays a part in both work and childcare. Facility is only cleaned thoroughly on Friday's before the owner does a walk-through. Kids stay inside all day and run around facility, hitting each other most of the time. Please find another location for your child!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If i could rate it with zero stars I would. I do not recommend this daycare at all!!!! We had problems with them not following the simple instruction of not putting a specific diaper cream on my daughter because she was ALLERGIC to it. She had a rash so bad that her bottom was actually bleeding.
We then had an incident were she somehow had a scant on her nose and no one knew why.
Our last straw was when I went to go pick up my daughter one day and she had a busted lip. No one informed me no one gave me an incident report no one called or knew what happened at all. I tried to get in contact with the owner/director (who is hardly ever there by the way) and she dodged all my calls for about 2weeks until I saw her in her car one day and politely waited by her window until she spoke to me. After that she dodged me for a few more days until I threatened to report the daycare. Once I FINALLY was able to have an actual conversation with her I asked to see the footage from the classroom security camera for the day of the incident and very conveniently the response was “they weren’t working that day.”

I didn’t take my daughter back to the daycare since the day of the incident. I withdrew her as soon as I was finally able to get in contact with the director/owner and I also called CPS on them.

If I could shut them down I would. The least I can do now is let other parents know so that this doesn’t happen to someone else’s kid.
No one wants to pick their 1 year old up with a busted lip and even worse with no explanation.
