We were with Susanne for 3 years and thought she cared for our children. 14-25 days out of every year she would tell us 8pm day before or 1am-6am the same morning that she would have to close for some obscure reason but it always ended up being a Thursday-Friday Monday-Tuesday situation. She closed for 19 days in 2023 that we paid her for. This was on top of her 24 paid vacation and holidays listed in her contract. And you wonder why she was dirt cheap she was never open! Her 5 year old daughter screamed in my face unprovoked “I KILL YOU!” And would let my 2 YO son watch YouTube, SpongeBob, and her 10 YO son playing COD and GTA. She let my 2 yurts old son play with toy guns. When we were finally announcing our leaving her daycare to which we shouldn’t have had to pay our final week because we paid our final week in advance she stole a check from us and cashed it only working 2 days that week. She stole $300 from us! When I confronted her on it, respectively, she blocked me despite having a clause in her contract that claims she will respond professionally to all complaints.
