The staff tends to be fairly unprofessional and love to openly mock the children (thinking it's cute and they will not know the difference). They have a tendency to let the trouble children stay far longer than they should (because $$$ is more important than actually addressing the issues) unless the child acts out towards the director or her family. They play favorites with both the kids and staff. Director refuses to pay overtime or for any mandatory time past 6pm; it may have been addressed as of late I'm not sure. There were instabces of bullying, cussing, and borderline abusing the children. Director makes the staff work themselves to deat and is not understanding of varying circumstances.
