LS Brady asked provider to remove child & place child in the pack & play. As the Specialist were exiting the home, LS Brady observed the child still in the bouncy seat. Specialist left and returned to ask the provider again to move the child, and sign Part B form stating they are aware that infants can only sleep in a pack & play, or crib. This was corrected after specialist returned.
