| All equipment and furnishings were not in good repair. (a) The ramp from the NC Pre-K classrooms has protruding nails sticking out of the slats accessible to the children. (b). The wooden lattice around the underpin of the ramp, was broken, with sharp splinters edges of broken wooden accessible to the children. (c). The fence has separated from the top rim, resulting in the fence to lean outward because the aluminum ties have come loose. The wide chain fence gate surface mount has broken from the pole resulting in a tripping hazard for the children. | |||
