I have worked in several childcare facilities for 12 years. I can honestly say that I would only place my own child at Happy Kids. The owner does not like mean teachers and corrects the staff to be the best teachers that we should be. She also is always watching and offers very supportive and encouraging direction to make sure we do our job right. My coworkers are awesome. She has the right staff for this industry. I do not hear crying all day long like I do at other daycares and most of the kids love coming to school. The owner is at work every single day and she doesn't have to be. She really makes this place as perfect as she can. She really has the passion behind her role as a childcare owner and I am beyond thankful to work for her.
The director is very unprofessional and not open to suggestion to better the safety of the kids. The teachers are nice and care about the kids. But the owner is very nasty and in professional. I pulled my daughter from there. Very disappointed !
I love the day care and the teachers and my kids love it , they can't wait to go back after the weekend !
