Corrective Action: A licensee shall ensure that the centers outdoor play areas are fenced. Fencing shall be sturdy, safe, and reinforced at intervals to give support, constructed to discourage climbing, and not prevent observation of children by staff and shall be a minimum of four feet in height with openings no larger than 3.0 inches. Fenced areas shall have at least two exits, with at least one being remote from the building. Gates shall be equipped with self-closing and positive self-latching closure mechanisms. The latch or securing device shall be high enough or of a type that small children cannot open it. The existing fencing is missing slats, creating areas large enough for a small child to get through. The gate does not close properly. Repair or replace the fencing to meet OCCL regulation 40 F and send receipts of items purchased/work done and pictures of the repaired/replaced fence. The play area cannot be used until the fence is properly repaired or replaced.

Maintain a supply of size/season appropriate clothing, including underwear, at all times by providing them directly or requiring the parent/guardian to provide. I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My child went to this daycare later came home about 3 months into the day care and told me Mrs. Donna was beating my child! I did get the state involved.
