We used this “company” for child care. Julissa went to a foreign country during Covid operations. When she got back from vacation she had Covid. She kicked us out of her program because we refused to pay her for the two weeks she was quarantined with Covid. I was not overly impressed with the childcare received, especially when I’m expected to pay for two weeks that my child wasnt there for. Had the childcare been top notch, it would have been worth paying the two weeks and continuing enrollment but we easily found somewhere else for our daughter to be during the day that was more affordable.
