| Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were found at the time of the Initial Inspection conducted on 8/7/2026, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Plan of Corrections is required to be submitted through the Licensing Portal within 10 days of the receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The following was discussed but is not limited to: * Feeding schedules, *Sleeping schedules, *Children's record cards, *Child admission and release records, *Staff files, *Medication requirements, *Staff attendance records, *Diaper-changing table requirements, *Infant crib placement, and *First aid kit requirements. There were 2 staff files reviewed. 2 of the 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Director at the time of the inspection. | |||
