This place is predatory. My child went here and got hand foot and mouth from this facility (apparently they had multiple outbreaks around that time and didn’t notify parents). So my kid was out for a week while he recovered. It was the week before Christmas. They were closed that Friday and that Monday. I didn’t pay tuition until Tuesday because again he was sick and I wasn’t going to bring him back in when was sick which is what they agreed too. They charged me fees for everyday they were closed plus an extra $10 for tuition. 4 days. They didn’t tell me this until drop off even though I had spoken to the director directly and we agreed that he wouldn’t come back until Tuesday. Then I was dropping him off before 630 the first week he was going there. I had an early day and went back to drop him off again and they told me that I had to pay an extra $15 if I wanted to drop him before 630 which is something they never told me before. I spoke to the director and told her that dropping him off early wasn’t a big deal that I’d wait but I was going to take him out because I was tired of constantly having problems at drop off. She said “fine you can take him out now”. So I had to call in for work and find another daycare that day. Also you still pay tuition for days they aren’t even open.
I had the Worst experience at this daycare the customer service sucks the way that the females in the facility carry themselves very unprofessional The lady that runs the facility she backs up her workers even though they have disrespected one of the parents in the facility and when a parent brings that situation and she still doesn’t see the wrong I don’t recommend that daycare facility to any parents they do a horrible job in there and it’s very small for the Amount of kids that is in the facility
