WARNING!! ????PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING THIS DAYCARE!! I have witnessed a parent complaining to the front desk as soon as you walk into the daycare about a young boy who touched their daughter’s butt the daycare wasn’t trying to do anything about it and can care less about sexual assault. My kids come home from that daycare with head lice, I had brought up to their attention to let them know we don’t have it at home and we treated their hair that same exact day they went back to daycare. I had made sure they didn’t have anything in their hair and all of it was taken out. I even when to go get it professionally taken care of after having to pay an expensive amount of money just to kill it all in one swing. I got nothing but excuses in return on how they are not getting it from them are they are getting it from home. They went on about how I should address this matter when I know how to treat my children’s hair if they were to get it. They have children watching children there. I have personally seen young teenagers or middle school kids watch the younger children, they literally just let the kids do whatever they want to do and not do anything about it but sit on their phones and be lazy about the job. No one has any certificate to show they are eligible and legally to take care of the kids or even obligated to take care of them. There is literally no paperwork to prove they have the right or responsibility to work with the children. I have personally witnessed many parents walk in to complain about something the daycare is doing wrong. There was many times the daycare would lose my children’s belongings or give their belongings to another child to take home with them, my daughter lost her backpack a few times including her blanket that I had given to her to use at daycare because we were told to have certain things for our kids to have at the daycare. My youngest came back home with rashes and old pull-ups that were soaked in pee or filled with dried poop from them now changing her, I have pictures still saved from when this occurred after picking her up from the daycare. I mentioned it to them and again a child was working the front desk instead of an adult. I had asked them to speak with an adult and I did but they told me they will put her down for more frequent diaper changes. This tells you they are lazy and could care less about your child’s or children’s health. If you want to risk getting your kids sick and neglected then this daycare is for you. These kids can’t take care of themselves they are too young and innocent to be neglected in this horrible way. I really hope someone who has the time to sew them does because I definitely will along with the evidence that I to back it up. These poor cute little babies shouldn’t have to be going through any of this or have to experience this. I also just want to mention that they have bad communication skills and could care less about your opinion about anything because once they have those kids behind closed doors and the parents are away they then can do whatever they like because no one would be there to prove or say otherwise.
I would love to give a better review but I’m not, apparently one of the employees ADRIANNA thinks it’s professional to fraternize with her students dads THATS MARRIED might I add. She also has pics and videos of the kids in her personal phone and thought it was a good idea to invite one of her students to her house for the weekend! Very ethical employee if you ask me!
Be careful bringing your kids here. They don’t have adequate supervision over children, and I mean as in they don’t have enough teacher (qualified) to watch the amount of children they actually have. The teachers they hire don’t go through fingerprint or background check before being hired. Most of them don’t speak fluent English. They swipe CCS cards without the actual children being present in the facility. They don’t have proper paperwork in their files. The owner Milton puts his hands on the children and they don’t report it. Their cameras work but they will pretend they don’t so you can’t see what the teacher do to those children. They once forgot a child on a bus on a hot day and didn’t report it. They have roaches.
My kids have been attending this daycare since they were newborns. I recommend this daycare to all my friends. My kids love this place. They are awesome with my kids. They treat them like family.
First time single mom, my son attended the center since he was 9 months old. Now he is 6 and he asks all the time when he can go back and visit. They loved him and he feels like they are family. They made the transition really easy and safe.
Carousel has been great with our son. This was his very first time attending daycare and I must say they are awesome! Thanks for making this a smooth transition for us!
