The Emergency Disaster Plan update form was emailed at the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: 1. Ensuring mats are maintained in good repair. 2. Ensuring the edges on floor rugs are not curled, posing a tripping hazard. 3. The cracked wall tile in the girls' toilet room. 4. All staff must document arrival and departure times. 5.
