This is by far the worse daycare experience I've encountered. My daughter received a bruise/black eye and the director would not allow me to view the footage for the protection of the privacy of their kids. However they send us photos/videos of other children all the time so I don't understand why this incident alone could not be reviewed. The director was very rude. My friend has also witnessed their teachers being aggressive with our kids. I would not recommend this daycare at all.
