my 5 month old was having a little trouble adjusting to daycare, she had been with me for 4 months. After only 8 days of care Jean told us she would no longer care for my daughter. She felt my baby was too needy and she was neglecting her other kids. She stated "I have to do what's best for business." She told me several times that I had to work on having my daughter play by herself on the floor. If this is the kind of daycare you want to send your child to, go ahead. She also left my daughters stuff on her front step when I went to pick it up.
HORRIBLE. Paid a holding fee for MONTHS to hold a spot for my infant. Took her there for less than Jean's "termination period" because I was made to feel that my child was "not ready for daycare" as she put it. I have since talked to another mom who Jean did the SAME thing to (collected holding fee only to terminate care before the trial period was over). This provider should NOT be taking infants if she cannont handle them for more than a few days. Because she legally followed the contract, I can't recover any of my loss. But I can warn future moms to avoid her.
