I am very Disappointed with this provider. Within 5 days they have lost my son's sweater plus a whole set of charge of clothes,plus a whole back pack.this is so disappointing and concerning;because, it makes you wonder about how chaotic things get to the point that they loose the children 's stuff, or what type of lack of supervision is occuring to the point that these items go missing, and they have no control over it! This to me is a red flag and raises concerns about children's safety .
I would not advise any parent to put their children in such chaotic hands .
Every attempt I made to retrieve my son's items were treated with a lot of inconsideration. Another sign that they wouldn't take acknowledgement and responsibility if something were to happen under their watch.
