Choose any other preschool/daycare if you want your money to be used properly. This facility will deny you care if you are not able to make it at a certain time of day, no assistance for single parents doing it alone. The Director Kristina Foss will turn your child away, regardless of what you pay for child care due to a lunch order. Even though you pay for the meal to be covered daily.
Parking to drop your child off is an absolute joke. Multiple muddy pot holes are what the parents must endure to drop/pick up your child. Yet employees get front row (unlike any other business you see) They do not allow you to use the car port they originally intended for you to drop your kids off. You are forced to use the side door.
Emotional support for your child is not available here. Almost daily you see a kid uncontrollably crying with no one to console them. Your kid have a runny nose, they won’t clean it, it will be caked to their face. Another concern is they have over 15 children per one caregiver. Very rarely do you see the classes with the appropriate coverage.
Overall, this facility is understaffed and over paid. You will pay for services even when you are forced to take your child back home with you.
Do yourself an and you’re child a favor, find a different preschool.
