Application was not on file for each enrolled child, including his/her own preschool child(ren) who are not school-age. A 4-year-old child was cared for without enrollment documentation being on file. The child's emergency contact information was on file. The child was kept due to an emergency situation that occurred this morning. This was corrected by the parent picking up the child. The provider stated that the child will not return to care unless she has been properly enrolled prior to care.

Corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, and products under pressure in an aerosol dispenser and any substance that may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not kept in locked storage when children were in care. The laundry room door was unlocked. Inside there were 14 laundry detergents, 3 aerosol cans, and a container of bleach.

Gasoline was stored outside in an open area near the storage shed.
