Description: Glukhova Family Child Care is a Russian daycare in Winnetka, CA that aimed at families who want to help their children preserve their Russian roots. We aim to keep your children connected to Russian while also help them to integrate into their American environment. At our family daycare we offer your children the opportunity to learn and grow in an atmosphere of care and respect. Our small enrollment (8 children, ages 6 months to 5 years) allows us to give your child unlimited attention, while giving us the opportunity to get to know your child thoroughly. We offer a traditional curriculum of age-appropriate developmental programs and activities with emphasis on Russian language and culture. Our director Oksana Glukhova has an extensive background of working in child care as well as teaching Russian and English languages to children up to high school age. At our family day care, your child will learn about the world around us and have access to arts and crafts, math and other sciences, music, stimulating toys and games, outdoor activities, and, of course, Russian and English vocabulary and grammar. Glukhova Family Child Care facility is located on a quiet street, away from busy traffic, ensuring safety and a noise and pollution-free environment in which to play, learn, and take naps. Our spacious rooms and outdoor playground areas allow for plenty of room to play and explore. The playground is enclosed for privacy and safety. Fresh air, trees, flowers and plants contribute to a healthy, clean environment for your child to grow in. We provide three delicious, home-cooked meals plus snacks each day. We offer extensive menu with choices of Russian and American dishes. Our family child day care is located in Winnetka, CA – area neighboring Northridge, Tarzana, Reseda, and Canoga Park.
