I have used this provider for less than 6 months
Very poor experience. We had a very awful time having our child in this day care. He was verbally abused being called a bad child and causing him to constantly cry. They lost multiple items of his over a few week period. They made me leave work multiple times to pick him up and made me pay for the days they wouldn’t allow him to go to daycare. Recommended my son to a professional Evaluator and they said nothing was wrong with him- He has never had behavioral issues before or after this daycare. He is a wonderful young boy and because she was short staffed they couldn’t handle having him in the daycare. They constantly go through staff and a lot of people have had the same issues as we have had. They also refused to give me my tax receipts- even my tax officer had to call and email her multiple times to get it from her and instead of sending the receipts she sent my tax officer a receipt of her husbands firework stand. Never would i recommend this daycare EVER!
