I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

Home smells like smoke, pushes her own beliefs on the parents rather than respecting the parents decisions. Against rocking babies and practices the “cry it out” method whether or not the parents agree. I could never leave my baby knowing he will receive affection and have to breathe in smoke!
