The Notice of Inspection Rights was provided to the licensee at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 3 of 3 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed but are not limited to: *Ensure activity areas are free of hazards.

The Empower Self-Evaluation was emailed to the director. The Notice Of Inspection Rights was provided to the licensee at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 30 of 30 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed but are not limited to: *Ensure to update required documents. *Ensure cleaning equipment is inaccessible to enrolled children. *Ensure the outdoor activity area has the required amount of shade. *Ensure the fall zones have the required amount of resilient surfacing. *Ensure hand sanitizer is inaccessible to enrolled children. *Ensure start dates are updated. *Ensure microwaves are inaccessible to enrolled children. *Ensure staff files are complete. *Ensure fans are mounted and inaccessible to enrolled children. *Ensure cords are inaccessible to enrolled children.
