I was really hoping I’d love this program. It provides great hours that help working families. Beyond that, I have nothing good to say. I have personal experience in the childcare field and I’m absolutely blown away with how this program is still in business with how they speak to children and parents. I have never encountered anything like it. The things they’d say to my son, about my son, about myself… mind blowing and completely inappropriate. At first it comes across as harmless teasing but they bully children. Verbal abuse is detrimental to the growth and development of young children. Leaving a lifelong impression and affecting self esteem. I’ve never been so disappointed in a program that has so much potential. I was hoping to utilize this program for the remainder of the school year but I couldn’t take it anymore and had to pull my son from the program. I would not recommend sending any school age child here, especially younger children.
If you are looking for childcare that serves before and after school care then look no more. If you need to go on the waiting list then do so. Tracy and Tim are two of the kindest, caring, and compasionate people you will meet. Always providing a caring, fun and learning experience:)
