I have used this provider for less than 6 months
Started out fine, but we stopped going after 6 weeks. She doesn't return phone calls and her voicemail is always full so you can't leave any messages. She is good with the kids for the most part, but doesn't communicate with the parents well at all. She randomly requires 2 weeks payment when usually you just pay 1 week in advance, and then throws a fit if you tell her you can't do that. She tried to charge us a registration fee for 2017 even though my child was removed from her care in 2016. She doesn't tell you when other children are sick and doesn't send the sick kids home. The online payment system she uses is constantly 'down' even though it allows you to log in and make payments. She will try to text information but her texts are very shorthanded (think teenage girl) and difficult to understand. She will also call you liar if you tell her you never got a text and went ahead and made an online payment, then tells you that you are responsible for the late fee. Poor communication, poor people skills, poor organization, poor daycare all around.
