My children have grown up with this family being their main source of daycare over the years. I have never had any issues. The home is always clean and the children well cared for. I know who provided one of the 1 star ratings and why....it is a revenge tactic and is completely unfounded. Dawn has never screamed at my children and has always treated them like her own children. (My children are Shayne's children) She most certainly does not deserve a one star rating! If you are looking for daycare please give her a fair chance and check her out in person.

After receiving continuing complaints from my kids about poor treatment then most recently getting a call from a parent that witnessed Dawn the owner and main provider verbally abusing and screaming at my kids, this woman needs to be shut down! Living room and sleep/TV area smells so bad like cigarette smoke because both Dawn and her husband go into the next room to smoke. She also likes to gossip about parents and children that come to her daycare, badmouthing other parents and their kids. She also loves to use the "F" word plenty around the kids.

I only gave her 1 star because there was nothing lower. She is absolutely terrible. I went to pick up my son & could smell alcohol & cigarettes on her breath. That was the last time he was ever there. Gi asked him about it & he said she always acts funny when she drinks her "big girl juice". Just sickening.
