Description: FCLC provides services, at no charge to families, to the developmentally disabled of Franklin County. We employ over thirty five full time staff which includes four Certified SPED Teachers and one Certified Early Childhood Teacher. We have (contracted) Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist on site. We will provide developmental evaluations to determine need. We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for those with disabilities.
