About the Provider
My name is Francine Konseyi, I am a mother & a grandmother. My life is dedicated to providing babysitting services to working parents with children. I have a Catholic Charities of Dallas Certificate for Child Care Program & I have been practicing as a licensed childcare provider since 2014. For me, babysitting is more than a profession as I Iove taking care of children. I have a double story 8 rooms house in the safe neighborhood in Mckinney, TX. My home is my Day Care & safety for the kids is my number 1 priority. I, therefore, require daily updates on the children's health status before I accept them & for other kids' safety concerns, I restrict babysitting sick children. I pay 100% attention to the kids in my care from the moment they are dropped off to the time their parents pick them up. I monitor how they eat, play, interact, & nap/sleep. I have a spacious playing room & I provide a widescreen television set equipped with cable channels for children shows. The parents have to bring food, drinks, blankets & any other provisions that they deem necessary for their children's well-being. I provide sleeping cribs & parents are free to bring one for their children as well. I also have sets of toys for both girls & boys of various ages & the parents are free to provide some for their kids as well. I keep in touch with the parents during babysitting hours & I am open to negotiation when/if they are running late or having some other inconvenience affecting the babysitting schedule. Thank you.
