Poor communication and Very unprofessional. Amanda the director is rude. She doesn’t know how to run a childcare center. My child was there for 14 months until she was kicked out. The reason she was kicked out was because I brought concerns to the director 3 different times. One time being the teacher wasn’t washing her hands or wearing gloves in between 3 kids diaper changes. Amanda said the teacher was just nervous because a parent was in the room. Next time was letting 3 month old babies share toys to chew on with out cleaning them. The last time was my child got injuries twice without reports I had to ask what happen. I also wasn’t being told what my child was doing during the day. Per her sheet she was getting her diaper changed and eating at the same time. There is no sign in and out. When I brought this up they kicked us out said it was best we not return. Sarah brought my child’s things to me in a trash bag.
This is the most unprofessional place. The Director Amanda is rude and does not know anything about childcare. You would think having a degree in childcare was a necessity. The owner is a no show and does not manage her rude employees. The staff use materials that are not age appropriate. As a coach for teaching staff, I would never recommend this childcare facility. They are absolutely hideous. They falsify documents and lie to parents about their children. The state needs to come in and shut them down. They are breaking so many regulations that are state requirements. Threatening remarks and rude comments to parents as well as staff. Keri, Amanda, and Sarah are all disrespectful and unprofessional.
