For Pete's Sake Preschool

For Pete's Sake Preschool, Inc. was formerly known as St. Theresa's Day Nursery from 1983 - 1990 under the auspices of St. Theresa's Church and under the direction of the late Maureen E. Weldon and Fr. Edmond Levesque. In May of 1990, the Diocesan Office notified Mrs. Weldon that due to increasing liability costs as well as pending lawsuits in other Dioceses, it would be best to disassociate itself from the Day Nursery; however, a private, not-for-profit program could be established. And so it was! It is the philosophy of this school to offer a caring, stress-free environment with positive reinforcement. We take into consideration the whole child: physical, social, emotional, and intellectual aspects with each area given equal concentration.
