I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Jordan honestly just seems like she hates her job. She is always trying to shove my kid out the door. She is rude and short and does not relay messages or concerns the other providers who actually spend the day with the kids have. Can’t even tell me if my child had a bowel movement that day. They track nothing, only do write ups when something leaves a marks and seem to completely be unsympathetic to the fact that these are little kids, and they need a little understanding and compassion. Something that defiantly lacks there. Honestly not sure how she got such a good rating because it’s been the worst experience my son ever had going to her facility.

Owner response : First of all, we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our services. Unfortunately, I run a very tight program with my families that is built on trust and respect. Many of my past clients and current clients would agree with me. This includes working together, following and understanding policies which is clearly stated in the family handbook and signed in a contract before enrollment. Keep in mind this is also my home and when parents bring their sick kids to daycare it risks the health of the other children and their families as well as my own. Everyone is expected to respect my rules - this is a contract every parent, including yourself signed. As far as unsympathetic and lacking compassion - that is something we do have as is the reason we hold tight to our policies. Which is why we have such great reviews. To keep the children safe and healthy and prevent closures due to illness. As far as pushing your child out the door we get them ready in order to provide a quick pick up as children are usually ready and excited to go and parents just want to go home after a long days of work. Everything you have mentioned we will take into consideration and with all these feelings towards my program I wish you had only brought them to my attention before contract had ended because my staff and I work very hard to keep parents informed through text messages and other means of contact. The only time we write up reports is if an injury has occurred and yes, we do write up when there are marks because we want parents to know what happened and to keep an eye on them. Everything else - everything good is posted on our Facebook group page in which all parents have access too. Again, my apologies unfortunately it just wasn’t a good fit and I wish you the best!
