Fair Grove is dedicated to the belief that each child is a valued individual and can learn. It is our goal to maintain high expectations, while nurturing children's learning by meeting individual needs, using technology and exploratory methods. I observed on the outdoor learning space that the wooden boarders encompassing the mulch surrounding the climbers are splintering in several places. I ask if children have gotten splinters. The staff stated that they have and that it was documented and reported. Staff have requested the repair of the boards.
