In space 3 (patriots) there was a Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee and in space 9 (parrots) there was a bottle of grape soda.

Within the first two weeks of assuming responsibility for supervising a group of children, staff did not complete at least 6 hours of training on topics outlined in this rule. A staff member who started work June 23, 2025 has not completed 2 weeks of orientation.

All staff did not successfully complete certification in CPR training appropriate to the age of the children in care. Verification of staff completion of the CPR course from an approved training organization was not in the staff file. A staff member's CPR certification expired February 2025 and she did not renew her certification until April 2025.
