I have used this provider for less than 6 months

First encounter and first Day of care was pleasant, event sent me a picture as a daily routine update. After 2nd week, impossible to be reached, unable to provide child update or reply to any text update, with the excuse that she was too busy all day. Possibly an over limit child Capacity? My child is teething, fourth teeth bumps at the same time, she was unable to handle changing his diaper without having him hystericaly crying. When picked up we could the crying from outside. Places infant on the living room floor where anyone is able to walk in an out of the house with shoes on. Overall, they seem very nice at first, but care is not adequate.
