Overall, the cons outweigh the pros in the experience my daughter & I had at Emmanuel Baptist Preschool. For the most part, the teachers are good, but that is it. The floors & bathrooms are filthy, the bulky main piece of the playground has been broken & 'taped off' for 1/2yr now, there are cockraches, & just an overall attitude of superiority & entitlement...not sure why, because the establishment is very outdated & bland. It is a preschool & the walls in the hallways are bare & resemble a hospital. The teachers don't seem happy. Never once did I meet the 'preschool committee' or even the Pastor...the overall communication was not effective. Most days, My daughter's afternoon teacher was staring at her cell phone while my daughter was aimlessly playing by herself or 'sitting quietly' on the carpet. We have left Emmanuel & found a better quality center that my daughter absolutely loves. I couldn't be happier!
