Plan: Ms. Rebecca Perry will have a formal Professional Development Plan written against her by Debbie Medley, the TPS Aftercare Director. Part of this plan will include attending refresher courses in CPR and First Aid. All staff has reviewed CPR and First Aid reference cards. In the future staff will immediately provide first aid care and seek assistance from the school nurse and/or emergency medical professionals as needed. Lastly, Eliot Aftercare staff have adjusted their schedules so that Rebecca Perry will no longer be the sole caregiver of children. She will have another teacher with her on site.
