I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Sydney Cosedine the director is horribly unprofessional. When I addressed my child’s medical needs and how they weren’t administering the medication she became very passive aggressive and deflected to parking issues ect. I also brought up with her the ratio and how there were often 10 kids to one teacher and she denied it even though I counted it with my own eyes on 3 separate occasions within a month. Don’t send your kids here.

Someone who cares Aug 06, 2021
I am an employee

The teacher do a great job taking care of the children. It’s the management that feels like your back in high school where everyone walks on eggshells because of the school bully. Totally unprofessional with staff. She talks bad about everyone (parents, staff and owner). She intimidates staff into coming to work sick. There is no empathy. The philosophy is teachers are a dime a dozen. I could go days without talking to her. When she walks by the classroom she doesn’t acknowledge teachers with hellos or good mornings. In the 35+years I’ve been teaching this has to be the worst place I’ve ever worked.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. the owner Cindy, and the directors Sidney and Kori at the cockroach infested John Knox location are 3 of the most unprofessional and unethical people I have ever met or worked with in my life. They do not care about the well being of your child, only the money from their high tuition that supposedly pays for their very poor curriculum. They are judgmental and will say things implying you as a parent does not care about your child. If you come to them with complaints, they will turn it around on you some how. My child came home with claw marks on his back daily, a new injury all the time, and when he was younger he would come home covered in feces. They will not accommodate any needs you may have. This school is awful. Check the DHS rating, they’re rated a 2 and there’s a reason for that. Don’t waste your time or money by sending your kid here. Pathetic excuse of a child care facility.
